Startup manager is a simple little program that allows you to stop programs
from loading when you boot your computer. It is JFW friendly and simple to
use. It puts all the things that load first in the list and then at the
bottom it places everything that have been disabled. Use Control E to enable
a program in the listview and Control D to disable.
