The program file is called enditall.zip.  To install it, find the enditall.zip
file and press your windows application key.  You will have an option on the
context menu that says extract to.  Hit enter on that and it will bring up the
extract dialog and you will be in an edit field for where you want to
extract the files to.  This can be any folder you want.  Then tab to the
extract button and hit enter.  Then you can close out winzip with alt f4.
Winzip will have extracted three files into that directory you specified.
One called install.exe, one called license.txt, and one called readme.txt.
Find the file named install.exe and hit enter on it and follow the prompts
and that will install the end it all program.  The script file is the
eia-jfw.zip file.  Find that file and press your windows application key and
choose extract to and extract these files to the c:\jaws37\settings\enu
folder where jaws37 is the version of jaws you use.  Then you can find end it
all on your programs menu and run the program once you have installed the
scripts.
