This utility cleans the temp directory at each startup.
It is a very simple program in that it installs into a folder and then puts something into the registry to load at startup each time. Upon first launch,
that is after the first reboot after its installation, it comes up with a dialog verifying that the temp folder it's clearing is actually what you use
for the temp folder, i.e. under win 98 se here it's
c:\windows\temp
and it verified that.
After this every time you restart your computer your temp directory will be emptied automatically.
