TWeather.
Here are some basic instructions on how to install TWeather.  When you run the
setup program it will install itself automatically in the right directory. At
one point it will ask you to choose your nearest city and airport.  But here are
the basic installation instructions.  Unzip the file and then find the setup.exe
program and press enter on it.  Installation will start.  You can press enter on
all the screens and go with the defaults, it should tell you when setup is
complete.  To start up the program TWeather will be on your programs menu under
your start menu.  Once the program is running, to look at the current weather,
do an insert f11 to get to your system tray and arrow down to where it tells you
the current weather conditions, for example, clear, 61.0 F.  To find out more
weather conditions, press enter after you have found it in your system tray
dialog and then arrow down to view data on the context menu and hit enter.  You
can then read more conditions with your jaws cursor.
