Extact the files in the zip file you downloaded and run the setup exe program to
install the program.

You can use print folder one of two ways. One is to locate the folder in windows
explorer and press your windows application key and choose print folder from the
context menu.  Or you can run the program from your programs menu and then press
alt f for the file menu and then choose open.  Pick the folder you want to print
in the treeview and then press enter.

Both of these ways will list all the files in the folder.  Press control home
and you can review them with your arrow keys.  Then press alt f and choose save.
It will ask you for a name and folder where you want to save the list it created.
