The other one is called explorer notes.  Extract the files in pcmexpnt.zip and
run the install.exe program.  It will require you to restart your machine.  When
on a file, press your windows application key and choose add note.  You can then
add a description of the file.  This one also comes with a program on your
programs menu called explorer notes that lets you manage your notes.  If you
arrow down the treeview, it will list all the folders where you have added
notes to files.  You can tab to the listview for the files themselves and a
say line also reads the note.  You can for example go to the tools menu and
choose find notes to search for files containing a note with a specific
word.
