To run convert, just unzip the files and enter on the convert.exe file. There is 
no installation.  If you are using the scripts, press alt C 
and it will bring up a list of all the available types of conversions.  
Hit enter on one to select it.  If you are not using the scripts, you 
will need to use the jaws cursor and locate the tabs at the top of the window
and click on the tab you want.   
Tab once and you will find the input list.  Select the unit you wish to convert
from.
Tab again and you will the output list.  Select the unit you wish to convert to.
Tab and enter a numeric value of the units to be converted.
Tab once more and you will find the result.  It will already be selected, so press
control C to copy it to the clipboard.
