DBxTract is a program which will take all the messages in a folder in OE and
save them all at once as EML files.
The first thing you need to do is create a folder in windows explorer where
you want the EML files to go.
When you run the program, you will be in the field where you can type in the
Path of the folder where the dbx files are.  It will probably already have
C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook Express specified, which is
probably where your dbx files are on your machine so you won't need to change
it.  If you tab once you be in a combo box with all the dbx files.  It will list
the names of your folders in OE.  Pick a folder and then tab once to the next
field and it will ask for the output path.  Type in the name of a folder where
you want it to put the messages.  Tab until you get to the extract button and
hit enter.  It will tell you when it has completed successfully, hit enter on
the okay button and then press alt f4 to close the program.  Your messages
should be in the folder you specified.
