Description:

WinTrans is a windows interface to the NfbTrans program. Its purpose is to allow windows users to translate text files to grade II braille and grade II
braille files to text without dealing with the dos environment in which NfbTrans runs.

License:

Wintrans is free for personal use. It may not be used in conjunction with or as a part of any commercial or nonprofit enterprise. You may distribute the
program freely provided the original self-extracter is not altered in any way and this notice is preserved.

Absolutely no fee can be charged in regard to distribution of Wintrans. You may not bundle it with any commercial program whatsoever. You may not charge
any fee for Wintrans including but not limited to shipping, handling, media fees or any distribution fee. Wintrans may not be distributed as part of a
demo CD or shareware collection for which any fee whatsoever is charged.

The author of Wintrans disclaims all warranties as to this software, whether expressed or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, functionality, data integrity or protection.

The winbt.exe package contains all the files that are required to use the WinTrans program. Version 7.74 of NFB Trans is being used for the translation.
