To install Microsoft Text to Speech, there are two files you have to run
first.  They both are on your jfw 3.7 CD.
Insert your cd and tab twice to explore cd button and hit enter.  You will
be in a listview, find the folder called speech and hit enter.  There will
be three files in there.  You need to run the spchapi.exe file first and
then run the mstts.exe file.  It doesn't really speak what it is doing very
clearly, so just wait until it returns you to the listview when you run each
file to know that it is done.  You will have needed to select the text to
speech synthesizer when you installed jaws or run the installation
maintenance option and add the synthesizer.
